Made-to-Order Products

Our products are printed on demand specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Buyer's remorse or change of mind
Incorrect sizes ordered
Incorrect colors or designs selected by the customer
Accidental orders after production has begun

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment error, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem

Once we review your request and confirm eligibility, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once an order enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
